By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, placing an order, or opting in to receive communications from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. You may not use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Site are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided through our contact form or by phone/email are estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing by Lexford LLC. Refurbished products are sold as described at the time of quote or sale, and are covered by the warranty terms communicated to you at the time of purchase (standard 1-year warranty on computers unless otherwise stated). Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our standard return conditions.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Lexford LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided at the time of purchase for a specific product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.
